This hexagram is specially about success.

Water will quench fire. It means success.

既济卦卦辞：既济。亨小，利贞；初吉，终乱。
The hexagram statements tell us: At the beginning, it is good, but a crisis is hidden. It is not good in the end.

If the fire is too strong and the water above is too little, fire will boil water and boil it away in the end. This is the hidden crisis.
